There are a plethora of cricket messageboards on the internet....
However, in many of them, posters abuse each other for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, you will animosity arising out of national differences. For example, there are messageboards where fans from India and Pakistan are constantly at each other's throats. On some other boards, posters from England, Australia and India take turns in fighting each other and hurling abuse at each other.
In the Caribbean, parochialism can take hold, and you will see Jamaicans and Trinidadians insulting each other. Then there are those posters who just take a personal dislike to another poster, and will stalk them, just to abuse them.
That is not why most of us decided to post our thoughts about cricket.
ABUSE-FREE MESSAGEBOARD
That is why a group of us have gone out of our way to create an abuse-free messageboard. This site is run by four administrators - one from England, one from Australia, one from India, and one from the Caribbean. All four admins get on marvelously - believe it or not!

On this site, we have posters from all over the world, and they have one thing in common - they all discuss cricket in a civilised, mature fashion.
There is no heaping of abuse on other posters. That is not tolerated. We encourage friendly discussions about cricketing - and other - issues of interest.
NO WUMMING
On many other messageboards, there is a problem with wind-up merchants (WUMs). Similarly, such activity is discouraged on the new Cricket-Match-Special messageboard.
This is a new site, only just been set up in the autumn, and because we have a friendly atmosphere, WUMs don't feel welcome there! As a result, our membership is small, but it's slowly growing....
